I hope your weekend is going great and everyone is doing super fun things! I was supposed to publish this on Thursday, but for the first time in forever I’ve been getting good sleep since I got back from Alabama last Sunday and man, I can already tell the difference — MY DARK CIRCLES ARE PRETTY MUCH GONE.
For months I’ve been dealing with dark circles and have used all sorts of eye creams to get rid of them with no luck. After doing some research I decided to start going to bed before midnight and get at least eight hours of sleep. Turns out it’s working wonders! It’s been only a week and I can already tell the difference and see some progress. It’s important to keep washing your face morning and night and keep applying moisturizer and eye cream in order to see results. Maybe the tiny jet lag between Alabama and Mexico helped a bit?
Speaking of which, I wanted to share with you some of the pictures I took last weekend at Konnor’s graduation reception and show you what I wore to the ceremony. Originally, I was supposed to wear a cute lace-up white skort with a silk kimono blouse but mother nature screwed me over with that time of the month and forced me to wear something else.
A lot of you might not know this but I am a HUGE TJMaxx and Marshalls fan and I rejoice every time I get a chance to shop there. Unfortunately, we don’t have those in Mexico — yet — and I have to settle with shopping there only when I go to the United States, which is every two months or so.
In my desperation to find a period-appropriate dress for the graduation, we went to TJMaxx to look around and found the perfect sundress! I seriously had been dreaming of a dress like this one for months and was so glad I found it for less than $20.
Also, shoutout to my lovely Ralph Lauren tote for always being there for me when I need it the most, to Konnor for always taking my pictures with such pleasure and my sister for coming to Bama with me!
Blue leather tote – Ralph Lauren
I love EVERYTHING about this dress; the feel, length, design, color, etc.
Excuse my messy hair — this was taken at a random gas station after lunch.
The best chaperone.
My awesome boyfriend has a Masters of Science!!!!!!!
