Back home in Hermosillo, there’s a restaurant that sells gourmet burgers, craft beer, salads and delicious milkshakes served in mason jars. Since I can’t just fly home just to drink a shake (as you know, plane tickets are hella expensive), I decided to experiment and make my own! IT WAS DELICIOUS.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
-3 cups of Vanilla ice cream
-2 cups of 2 % milk
-3/4 cup of Cap’n Crunch Berries
Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get a creamy consistency. Serve in a mason jar or cute cup and decorate with an extra scoop of ice cream on top, whipped cream, sprinkles, fudge or more cereal.
