Get on Board Wednesday

Tuscaloosa, AL –

Today was a more productive day than yesterday, mainly because I attended the Get on Board day at the university’s Ferguson center. Get on Board consists of three days where students can go and get to know the different organizations and clubs that the university has to offer.

Personally, I am more interested in social, philanthropic and  multicultural events. I signed my name for the International Students Association and for Rush week with a sorority. It is funny to say that the friendliest people were the foreign students and this motivated me to get my name written in four different languages with the guys from the Critical Languages table. This makes me to seriously consider taking a Russian or Italian course next semester, and my desire for studying abroad is growing every time. Below you can see the beautiful sunset that we had today, while I was walking through the quad. Isn’t it beautiful?
